RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
This is your Return Policy section. We guarantee our products are fresh, genuine, original and without damage / spoilt. If customers feel and provide evidence or convincing claims we refund up to 75% of the price paid by the customers within 3 weeks of confirmation/decision. Alternatively we can also compensate in the subsequent orders if the loyal costumers choose to do so.

Our staff are very professional in this field. They handle products, storing, packing, transportation, loading and off loading very carefully. We arrange insurance for every shipping / air cargo so that customers do not need to worry about if they are lost or damaged due to any unavoidable circumstances.
