WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment can be made through two ways:

  1. Bank transfer directly to our company's account (write us for the details: gc.thai@gmail.com)

  2. Open an LC in case if that is required by your government,.

  3. Other methods.

HOW LONG WILL IT TO DELIVER?

Depending upon the packet size or type of the products. Light and smaller items can be delivered by DHL or any other private courier. It may take 3-4 days. Some items may need to transported by air cargo which may take about a week only. Whereas if the items are delivered by ship, then it may take a month or so, but it will be a lot cheaper than air cargo.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We guarantee that we deliver authentic or original Thai products in good shape. In case, if our customers feel they are cheated, and show the evidence, we will refund 75% of the paid price or compensate in the subsequent orders after confirming that compensation and/or refund are the only options.
